Check and clean the orifices at the valves base.
•
Use a steel brush to clean the burners outside. This is
useful to make sure that all the burners holes are com-
pletely free.
During the valves and burners cleaning la,
pay attention to not extend holes or orific-
es.
Note:
Reassemble the burners making sure they’re
correctly place.
•
Check the burners functioning at the end of cleaning.
Lid
•
When the lid is hot, wipe its inside with kitchen paper
to avoid grease accumulations.
Deposited grease looks like paint flakes.
Stainless steel surfaces
•
Clean with a soft cloth and a water and soap solution.
Pay attention to wipe following the stainless steel
grain.
Do not use detergents containing acids,
white spirit or xylol.

Rinse well after cleaning.
CLEANING
•
Before storing the barbecue wait for it to completely cool down.
•
Store the barbecue in a fresh and dry place.
Cover the burners with aluminium foil in order to prevent bugs or other debris from nesting in the burner holes.
•
If the barbecue must be preserved indoor, the gas bottle MUST be disconnected and left out-
side. The gas bottle MUST be preserved outdoors in well ventilated zones, in a dry place and
away from any source of heat or ignition.
•
Do not let children play near the gas bottle.
