10. COOKING ENDING

At the end of cooking leave the burners on for 4÷5 min-
utes with the lid open. This procedure allows to burn
cooking residues, making the grids cleaning easier.
•
Turn all the control knobs clockwise on “OFF” (•).

11. ADVICES
•
Always preheat the barbecue before cooking.
Set all the burners on “ ” and close the lid; heat for 10
minutes, use the upper grid to maintain cooked food
hot, to toast bread or cook delicate foods.

Close the gas bottle valve.
•
Wait for the barbecue to completely cool down before
closing the lid.
If you lift the lid, some steam could leak;
operate carefully.
The lid handle could be very hot: use kitch-
en gloves to hold it.
•
To avoid that food gets stuck on the grids, it is advised
to grease it with some drops of cooking oil.
•
During the first uses, the grids colour could darken; it is
a normal phenomenon.
•
Sear meat and cook with the lid lowered for always
perfectly grilled food.
•
Calculate an higher cooking time for cold or windy or
at high altitudes days.
•
Calculate a lower cooking time if the external temper-
ature if the external temperature is extremely high.
•
Cooking times vary depending on weather conditions or
on quantity, size and forms of food to cook.
•
The gas barbecue temperature could result higher
than normal during the first uses.
•
According to cooking conditions it could be necessary
to adjust the burners to add the right cooking temper-
ature.
