Error messages
This section contains the most common and/or most critical error messages that you might come
across as you are using the ICS Remote Tools (ICSRT) application:

Copy operation failed

Failed to connect to
Database
The ICSRT is unable to connect to the specified database.
Possible causes: Wrong path, executable or database
deleted, low disk space, or not enough memory

Cannot Open Database
The application is unable to open the database
4.
Failed to update
Shell.ini
The application is unable to update the shell.ini file
5.
The file attributes
cannot be set
The application is unable to change the attributes of OLP
workbooks.
6.
Cannot Update
Warning that the application is unable to update the
CustomerInfo/JobQueue database
7.
Not Added to database
The application fails to add a new record to the database
8.
Do Modal Failed
The requested dialog box cannot be opened.
9.
<database path> does not
exist! Trying to connect
to default database.
The application is unable to connect to the database in
which case it will try to connect to default database.
10.
File not found
The required file is not found in the specific path
11.
SQL Error <
XXX
> occurred
while accessing database
(CustomerInfo/Job Queue).
Please refresh the
database and try after
some time. If same error
is repeated, please
contact system
administrator.
Possible issues:
• The database is corrupted
• The application memory is too low
• The database experienced an internal error
Multi-user environment
• You are trying to do an operation on a record which is in
use by someone else
• The record does not exist
• You do not have the proper permissions to access the
database.
Contact your technical support service and provide them
with the error number. In some cases you may need to
reinstall the ICSRT application.

The folder --------- is
invalid. Please reenter.
You entered an invalid folder during database creation/
copying.
Example: The folder C:\User\\Database is invalid. Please
reenter.
