Saving Data
Save JOB data into the internal memory.
Select the data is saved as JOB or PTN (registered shape) depending on the numbering method.

Press the JOB#/PTN# button to display the
numeric keypad (or keyboard).

Enter the JOB# (or PTN#) and press the Ent
button.

Press the Save button to save the data.

Contents of PTN#
The PTN# is specified by [(Manufacture name) - (File number)]. The number had 16-digit
maximum including hyphen (-).
When the entered number does not come to 16 digits, zeroes are automatically inserted
between the hyphen and the far left digit of the file number to bring the total up to 16 digits.
For example: When "NIDEK - 12" is entered, the PTN# is saved as "NIDEK - 0000000012".
• When the data is saved as PTN (registered shape) with the PTN# including alphanumeric
characters, set the Input Interface (JOB/PTN Code) to KEYPAD.

• When the number of saved data exceeds the limit, the data whose updated date and time
is oldest is automatically deleted.
Confirm periodically that the date and time display on the Clock screen is correct because the
data is managed with the updated date and time.
