Account List Import/Export
Using a USB memory device, you can import or export the account list from your
mailing machine as a CSV file.
Imported accounts are created with no hierarchy and added to the existing account
list.
Exporting the Account List
You can export the current account list as a CSV file, for use as back-up or to modify
it to create new accounts.

To export the account list on a USB memory device:

As supervisor (see

p.122 ):

Insert the USB memory device into the USB port of the base
(at rear left) and press [OK] .

Follow the instructions displayed on the screen.
At the end of the process, a message informs you that you
may remove the USB memory device.
Using a spreadsheet program or a simple text editor, modify an
exported CSV file to add new accounts to your mailing system by
re-importing the file.
The account list is exported with no group hierarchy.
