ment code/Addenda.

This parameter specifies whether or not the imager will read only UPC-A/EAN-13 bar
codes that have addenda.

to enable “Code 93”.
Minimum and Maximum Length
The length of a code refers to the number of characters (i.e., human readable characters), in-
cluding check digit(s). Double-tapping on these parameters displays a screen in which you
can set the minimum and maximum allowable code lengths –
0 to 80.

Start/Stop Strip
Codabar can use the following sets of characters as start and stop characters:
a, b, c, d
A, B, C, D
a, b, c, d, /, t, n, *, e
DC1, DC2, DC3, DC4
Setting this parameter to

strips the start and stop characters from this bar code.
Note: The 2 or 5 digit addenda must be turned on/off, depending on the desired behavior.
