Description
Use
Program 10-04 : Music on Hold Setup
to set the Music on Hold selection. For MOH, the system can
provide silence to callers on Hold or one of two synthesized selections.

To enter data for Program 10-04 (Music on Hold Setup):
1. Enter the programming mode.
2. 10 04
3. Enter the number of the item you want to program.
4. Enter data for the item you se HOLD.
5. Enter data for the next item in the program.
OR
Press DC once to enter a new item number.
OR
Press DC until you’ve exited that series’ programming section.
