Adding Options 3-13

Slide the cover latch down and open the port cover on
the back of the Versa S.

Locate the external monitor port.

Locating the external monitor port

Align the 15-pin cable connector and the monitor port on
the Versa S. Attach and secure the connection with the
screws provided.

Plug the monitor power cable into a properly grounded
wall outlet.

Turn on power to the monitor.

NOTE: Whenever you use an external monitor with
your Versa S, turn on the monitor first. Otherwise,
the notebook does not recognize the external
monitor type.
