Adding Options
You can add options and connect a number of external
devices to your Versa S. Some upgrades, like adding
memory or a larger hard disk drive, must be done by an
authorized NEC dealer. Devices that you can connect are
described in this chapter, including the following.

PCMCIA cards
■
External devices
Parallel devices, like parallel printers
Serial devices, like modems or serial printers
Keyboard
Mouse
Monitor.
NOTE: Some options described here may not be
available outside of the U.S. Contact an authorized
