Connect the other end of the external SCSI cable to the back of the SCSI device.

Plug the SCSI device power cord into the rear of the SCSI device.
7.
Connect the other end of the SCSI power cord to a surge protector (preferred)
or to a grounded 115V AC outlet.
8.
Turn on power to the system and to the SCSI device.
9.
Set the termination and ID number for the SCSI device (see “SCSISelect Utility”
in Section 2).
NOTE:
If an internal SCSI device is installed in
the system in addition to the external SCSI
devices, disable termination on the SCSI adapter
board.
10.
Run Setup to reconfigure system parameters (see Section 2, “Setup and
Operation”).
