Station Speed Dialing
This feature allows a terminal user to dial long-digit or
frequently-called numbers by pressing a Feature key
and abbreviated code.
Register for Station Speed Dialing
(1) Press the Speaker key.
(2) Enter the Station Speed Dialing code .
(3) Enter the Speed Dial you want to register (e.g.,
001).
(4) Enter the call number .
(5) Press the Hold key.
(6) Enter the caller name .
(7) Press the Hold key.
(8) Press the Speaker key.
Make a Call Using Station Speed Dialing
(1) Press Dir .
(2) Press ABB .
(3) Search for the name you want to call or press
↑
and
↓
to select the name.
(4) Press Dial or Speaker .
Originating a Voice Call
Instead of ringing, this feature informs the incoming call
by voice.
(1) Press the Speaker key.
You will receive a dial tone.
Speaker key lamp lights red.
(2) Dial extension number.
You will receive a ring back tone.
(3) Press Voice or enter 1 .
(4) Lift the handset and announce an incoming call
by voice to called party.
Speaker key lamp goes off.
(5) Start conversation after called party answered.
The feature is set to the terminal by system
data setting at initial installation.
