COMPANIONPRO MESSAGING CENTER

Clicking the Messaging Center button in the iDEN

®

Tool Bar:

•

displays the Messaging Center view

•

allows you to send an SMS message to one phone or a group of phones with a
modem.

The maximum length of one SMS message is 140 characters for most phones.
This number can be changed in the service provider settings of the options dialog
box but, should only be changed if you are sure the service provider supports a
different length.

For SMS message settings, see the SMS message setting on page 64.

In the Messaging Center view, the SMS Actions Tool Bar displays to the right of
the CompanionPro application area.
