Phone List
Select a desired unit from the Units View. Then click the
Phone List
button
from the
Units Tool Bar
to display the
Phone List
page. The Phone List data
can be sorted by “Name” or by “Phone Number.”
To move a phone list entry up or down: Select the desired entry, Click the up- or
down-arrow buttons. Add a new entry by typing values in an empty row.
NOTE: If a phone number is not added, the entry is not added to the list.

list. Check the enable checkbox to enable the entry in the
phone
Name
