This command enables CDP globally on the switch. Use the
no
form to disable CDP.

This command specifies the amount of time the receiving device should hold a CDP
packet sent from this switch. Use the
no
form to restore the default setting.

cdp hold-time

- The hold time sent in CDP update packets.
(Range: 10-255 seconds)
