If both values are greater than zero, proceed.
If either are zero, then you are not connected to the network, and won't be able to
print. Call QMS Customer Response Center at 877-778-2687 (toll free) for techni-

Note:
Leading zeros will not be displayed on your IP address on this page.

If you are running TCP/IP, make sure you have 0.0.0.0 in your Subnet Mask
and Default Router.
It sounds like it won't work, but CrownNet will take care of that.
6
If your IP address isn't what you entered, then you may be running BOOTP
or RARP, and may have to disable them.

The amount of RAM installed in your printer governs which resolutions can be
used with each media size. Refer to “How Much Memory Do You Need?” on page
9-3.
Check the startup page to make sure the printer has enough RAM installed. See
chapter 2, “Memory and System Software,” in the
Options manual for information
on installing additional RAM.
If you have enough RAM installed, and you have configured the printer from the
control panel to print at 600x600, 1200x600, or 2400x600 dpi resolution (Adminis-
tration/Engine/Def Resolution menu) but the printer continues printing at a lower
resolution, you may need additional memory allocated to the frame buffer.
