6.3.1 X-axis Motor assy.



Work procedures

1. Turn off the main power supply.

2. Loosen the screws fixing the X-motor BKT2 to make the belt

tension free, and then remove the

X-belt

from the X-drive pul-

ley.

3. Open the cover LR, and disconnect the connector.

4. Remove the

X-axis Motor

from the X-motor BKT2.

5. Reverse the disassembly procedure for reassembly.

Turn the main power OFF when turning the power OFF. It is very dangerous if sleep mode func-
tions mistakenly during the operation.

Proceed with the work after well confirmed the following processes in advance.



3.2.1 Replacement of the X-axis Motor

Loosen

X-motor BKT2

X drive pulley

X belt

X-axis motor

Screw

Remove it paying attention to the motor dropping.
