Operating the heaters

Temperature adjustment 

This section describes the procedure for setting the heater temperatures properly. The proper heater tem-
peratures depend on the media type and ambient temperature.
Set temperatures that are appropriate to the media. For non-coated media or media on which ink is slow to 
dry, set the heater temperatures so that the ink fixing and drying characteristics will be improved.
