Standby
To save energy, the dishwasher
switches off automatically a few
minutes after the last time a sensor has
been pressed or at the end of a
programme.
^
To switch the dishwasher back on,
touch the
K
sensor.
The Optimise standby function can be
deactivated if wished (see Settings -
Optimise standby). The dishwasher will
then switch off after 6 hours. This will
increase energy consumption.
If Optimise standby is switched on
and the clock display is selected
(see Settings
!
menu - Time), the
clock will appear in Standby mode
for just a few minutes.
If salt or rinse aid needs to be
refilled, or if there is a fault, the
dishwasher will not switch off.
The refill indicators can be switched
off if you use combination products
and the dishwasher is supposed to
switch off despite there being no salt
or rinse aid (see "Settings - Refill
indicators").
However, a fault message cannot be
switched off.
At the end of a programme
If the message
Programme finished
or
AutoOpen
comes up in the display,
and the door has opened slightly, this
indicates that the programme has
finished.
The drying fan will run for a few
minutes after the end of the Quick
wash programme.
You can now unload the dishwasher.
,
If you have deselected the auto-
matic door opening function (see
Settings menu - AutoOpen), but
would still like to open the door at
the end of the programme, then
make sure that you open the door
fully. Otherwise steam from the
dishwasher could damage the edge
of the worktop because the fan is no
longer running.
