Probe Installation
The XZR500 is simple to set-up. Follow the instructions below:
1.
Weld the tubular counter-
fl
ange (a) onto the stack. Follow the orientation
shown below to ensure that the probe head is set in a vertical position.
Slope the tubular counter-
fl
ange (a) slightly (maximum 5 degrees) so that
condensed water can go back to the process. The probe is
fi
tted with a PN6
DN15 type
fl
ange (4 x 11mm diameter holes, placed on a 55mm diameter
circle). Pay special attention to the orientation and slope especially if the
counter
fl
ange/nozzle with
fl
ange is provided by the customer.
