Adjusting the volume of navigation
announcements
Requirements:

Route guidance is active.

On the multifunction steering wheel or
on the multimedia system: turn the volume
control on the multifunction steering wheel
during a navigation announcement.

Turn the volume control on the centre con‐
sole during a navigation announcement

% In the following situations, the volume is
raised to the maximum volume or lowered to
the minimum volume:

A new route guidance is started.

The route is recalculated.
% The minimum volume can be individually set
at a Mercedes-Benz Service Centre.

Overview of route guidance to an off-road
destination
Off-road destination: the destination is within
the digital map. However, the map contains no
roads that lead to the destination.
You can enter off-road destinations on the map.
Route guidance guides you for as long as possi‐
ble with navigation announcements and displays
on roads that are known to the multimedia sys‐
tem.
