Calling/Network Services
The caller records a message
If you are in a hurry and wish to record a
message immediately without listening to the
answering message, enter "#" to interrupt the
answering message and switch to recording
mode.

Using the Voice Mail service

Select any item:
Activate
······Makes the Voice Mail service
activated. You can also set the ring time.
Set ring time
······Set time to wait before
connecting to the Voice Mail service.
If the ring time is set to 0 seconds, calls are
not recorded to the call log, and are instead
connected to the Voice Mail service center
directly.
Deactivate
······Makes the Voice Mail service
deactivated.
Check setting
······Check current settings.
Play messages
······Connects to Voice Mail
service center. Follow the audio guidance to
play back recorded messages.
Setting
······Connects to Voice Mail service
center. Follow the audio guidance to change
the Voice Mail service settings.
Check messages
······Check whether there
are new Voice Mail messages.
Message notification
······Set whether to
notify when there is a new message.
Notice call
······If there is a call while power
is OFF or during
, an SMS message
notifies you once you turn power ON or
enter service range.
Notify all calls with "All calls", and only calls
that notify their number with "Calls with
caller ID".
NOTE
After operating "Setting" or "Check messages"
or a Voice Mail message is recorded, an SMS
message "NTT DOCOMO:VM:XX" is received.
Call Waiting service
When there is a second incoming call while
you are in call, this service notifies you with
a ringtone so you can place the first call on
hold to answer. You can also put your
current call on hold and place a call to
another party.
