Installing applications

Search for an application from
the market screen

Tap the application you want to
install

"FREE"
• Carefully check the displayed content.
By tapping "OK" in this screen, you
accept responsibility for using the
application on your FOMA terminal. Use
particular care with applications that
access a large number of functions or
large amounts of data.

"OK"
• Application download and install starts.
You can check progress of the download
from the Notifications panel. When
installation is complete, a notification
appears in the Notifications panel.
NOTE
To stop download, open the Notifications panel,
tap the application, and then tap "Cancel".
Android Market
You can use Android Market to directly
access useful applications and enjoyable
games which can be downloaded and
installed on your FOMA terminal.

From the application list screen,
"Market"
• The market screen appears.
• The first time you launch Android Market,
terms of service are displayed. After
confirming the terms of service, tap
"Accept".
NOTE
Check the security of applications before
installing them. Applications are installed at
your own risk. The FOMA terminal may get
infected with a virus and all data on the terminal
may be damaged.
NTT DOCOMO shall not accept liability for any
malfunctions caused by the applications that you
have installed. If a malfunction results, repair will
be at cost, even if within the warranty period.
NTT DOCOMO shall not accept liability for any
disadvantage to you or a third party caused by
the applications that you have installed.
Some applications connect to the Internet and
carry out communication automatically. Note
that you may incur costly packet transmission
charges.
