Forwarded emails When the appliance sends an original email, a modified email or an audit copy,
this option specifies the From address — either the original sender or the
address specified by
Notification and annotated emails

Subject line Specifies the text of the subject line when sending a notification.
Default text is NOTICE.
Attachment name Specifies the name of the attachment when sending a notification.
Default value is MWS_Alert.htm.
Edit the alert text When clicked, opens a further window where you can change the text of the
notification alert.
Message body for
annotated email
Specifies the type of alert text to insert in an annotated email sent to an
administrator. A replacement alert briefly describes the detection. A notification
alert provides additional 'envelope' information such as the time of detection
and the source of the threat.

Use this page to specify that a copy must be kept of every email that is sent.

Specifies the address to which the appliance sends the audit copy. The
