characteristics/performance and
application instructions, please refer to
the technical data sheet of Loctite® 577
manufacturer.
Generally the points of insertion of
Loctite® 577 only in one spot with anti-
rotation purpose are on
connection/fittings where there is not an
O-ring/seal, before to apply it clean well
the surfaces.
12 Electrical
connections
On the “ATTACHMENT 3 – ELECTRICAL
CONNECTION – LOGIC ELECTRONIC
BOARD” the electric connections
between the main components and
sensors included in the equipment and
the printed circuit boards.
On the ATTACHMENT 4 – ELECTRICAL
CONNECTION – POWER ELECTRONIC
BOARD AND POWER SUPPLY
the electric connections between the
main components/actuators on the
manifold included in the equipment and
the power board circuit.
13 Spare parts
The necessary components for ordinary
and extraordinary maintenance are made
available.
Routine maintenance includes the
replacement of components subject to
wear, such as thermal paper of the
printer, or to use, such as: charge pipes,
quick couplers and piping and solenoid
valve gaskets.
Extraordinary maintenance includes the
replacement of other components such
as, i.e.: the load cells, the vacuum pump,
the pressure sensors, the printer, the
gauges and the suction unit etc.
