ECU Monitoring: ZFC non plausibility error
NORMAL
OPERATION
The maximum plausible energising time of the ZFC results, depending on the
rail pressure of level is compared with a curve, while the minimum energizing
time is also compared with a curve
DTC DETECTING
CONDITION
If the actual value is beyond the curves then this error is set
PROBABLE
CAUSES
Injector worn/ stuck
Faulty EMS ECU
LAMP STATUS
No lamp indication
HEALING
CONDITION
Ignition OFF/ON
Corrective Action
-
1. Check for injector stuck or worn ( thru fuel leak off test)
2. Using diagnostic tester clear the DTC.
3. Turn ignition OFF/ON
4. Check for the DTC . If the DTC still exists , repeat the steps 1 and 2 for 3 times
5. If DTC still exists replace the EMS ECU with a new one
