P2229 - Signal Range Check for Environmental pressure sensor above maximum limit
ENVIRONMENT PRESSURE SENSOR
The atmospheric pressure sensor is located on the EMS ECU. The sensor gives the atmospheric pressure
value

The ECU checks the sensor signal for the range. If it is outside the range then an error is registered

During Ignition ON, EMS ECU receives an output voltage signal from
environment pressure sensor and is within the range
DTC DETECTING
CONDITION
The output voltage signal received from the environment pressure sensor is
out of range

OBD lamp ON

EGR switches OFF
