Driving and Alcohol
Your driving ability can be seriously
impaired by alcohol even if the blood
a l c o h o l l e v e l i s f a r be l o w t h e l e g a l
minimum. Drunken driving is one of the
most frequent causes of accidents.
Driving and Drugs /
Medication
Your driving ability can be seriously
impaired through the use of prescription
or non-prescription drugs or medication
(even cough syrup). If you are taking any
sort of drug or medication, be sure that it
will not affect your driving ability.
Perchlorate Material
Certain components of this vehicle such
as seat belt pre-tensioners and remote
key batteries may contain perchlorate
m a t e r i a l . Sp e c i a l h a n d l i n g m a y b e
required for service or vehicle end-of-life
disposal.
Environment Caring
Your vehicle has been designed with the
aim of caring for the environment. A
n u m b e r o f f e a t u r e s h a v e b e e n
incorporated in your vehicle to ensure
environmental compatibility throughout its
life cycle.
As a user, you too can contribute to
protect the environment by operating your
vehicle in a pro-active manner. It mostly
depends on your driving style and the
way you maintain your vehicle. Do not
dispose of parts replaced in the course of
regular vehicle maintenance (like battery,
oil filter, air filter, etc.) and oil containers
(empty or with used oil, etc.) with house
hold waste. Dispose them through special
organisations. In all cases, comply with
state, territory and / or local bye-laws.
