The alarm will sound and the turn signal
lamps will blink continuously for 30
seconds.
To Stop an Alarm
A triggered alarm can be turned OFF by
any one of the following methods:
1. Unlock the door with the remote key
2. Turn ON the ignition
NOTICE
For your own safety and that of the
vehicle, when the vehicle is set
unattended:
• Apply park brake
• Remove keys from the vehicle
prior to locking the doors
• Close all doors, windows and the
tailgate
• Park the vehicle where it is visible.

unattended in the vehicle
• Never leave luggage or valuables
in the vehicle
• Before leaving the vehicle, check
that all the doors, windows, tailgate
ar e p r o pe r l y c l o se d i n o r d e r t o
ensure that the theft deterrent alarm
system is fully operational
