Tyre Replacement
The tyres on your new vehicle provide a
balance of many characteristics. They
should be inspected at least monthly for
wear and c orrect co ld tyre inflation
pressure. The service description and
load identification will be found on the
original equipment tyre. Failure to use
e q u i v a l e n t r e p l a c e m e n t t y r e s m a y
adversely affect the safety, handling, and
ride of your vehicle. We recommend that
you contact an Authorised Mahindra
Dealer with any questions you may have
on tyre specifications.
Wheel Replacement
When replacing a wheel, make sure the
new one is the same as the original
factory wheel in diameter, rim width, and
offset. Proper wheel balancing provides
the best riding comfort and helps reduce
tread wear. Unbalanced wheels can
cause vibration and uneven wear, such as
cupping and flat spots.
WARNING
Do not use a tyre, wheel size, or
s p e e d r a t i n g o t h e r t h a n t h a t
specified for your vehicle on the
t y r e p r e s s u r e l a b e l . S o m e
combinations of unapproved tyres
and wheels may change suspension
g e o m e t r i c a n d p e r f o r m a n c e
c h a r a c t e r i s t i c s , r e s u l t i n g i n
changes to steering, handling, and
braking of your vehicle. This can
cause unpredictable handling and
stress to steering and suspension
components. You could lose control
o f t h e v e h i c l e o r t h e t y r e c a n
unexpectedly fail, resulting in an
accident, personal injury or death.
NOTICE
Match the tyre specifications with
the original tyres fitted on to your
vehicle before any replacement.
