Connection terminals mainboard / relay board
All connection terminals on the mainboard
MB SCI 835
as well as the relay board
REL 835
are designed as plug
connectors with spring connection. Solid conductors or fine-stranded conductors with ferrules between
0.8 ...1.5
mm Ø
can be connected. With wire end ferrules, the conductors can be connected directly, without wire end fer-
rules via push-button operation. An integrated locking mechanism prevents unintentional disconnection from the
PCB
. The female connectors have a grip plate and a release slide for easy disconnection from the board. When re -
placing a
PCB
, no individual wires need to be removed from the terminals. This prevents reverse polarity when re -
connecting the contacts.
Note
The connectors are divided into terminal blocks of different sizes. If terminal blocks are close together
with the same number of terminals, additional labelling is recommended (for example: communication via

Used variants of the plug connectors on the boards:
Insert plug connector on circuit board:
Insert the plug into the corresponding socket of the
board until it is locked with a click.
Removing plug connector from circuit board:
Press down the release slide on the plug with a
suitable flat-blade screwdriver
