Exchanging a connection box CBO 15
If damaged, the connection box
CBO 15
must
be replaced completely. Otherwise the
IP 66
protection can no longer
be guaranteed.
14.2.4.1
Removal of defective connection box CBO 15
Procedure:
Open the
four cover screws
of the connection box
CBO 15
with a flat screwdriver
bit size 6
counter-clock-
wise and lift off the housing cover.
Disconnect sensor cable
SEC 15
, connection cable
CC 15
as well as external sensors
ESD-A5
from the
terminals of the
UCM 15
Then lead
all
cables out of the metric cable glands.
Unscrew the
four
fastening screws
M4x6
counter-clockwise with a
PH2
cross-head screwdriver.
Remove screws and connection box
