TX 20
Torx screwdriver to fix the
CBO 15
clockwise with the four provided
4x40 mm, A4
fastening
screws.
Attention
Tighten the fixing screws to a maximum torque of 1.5 Nm.
If screw plugs have been removed during assembly but are not equipped with screw connections, these
unused through-holes must be closed again with screw plugs. Observe the test torques of the screw
plugs:
Screw plug M25 → 1.5 Nm at 20 °C.
Screw plug M20 → 1.0 Nm at 20 °C.
In case of non-observance, any warranty for the IP 66 protection is void!
Place the housing cover on the connection box
CBO 15
and close the
four cover screws
clockwise with
a flat screwdriver
bit size 6
.
Attention
The housing cover must be screwed on with a torque of
1.2 Nm
. If the torque is exceeded, the connec-
tion box
CBO 15
could be damaged. If the torque falls below this value, the product standard may expire
certificates and approvals if these no longer correspond to the tests for vibration and shock.
In case of non-observance, any warranty for consequential damage or complaints is void!
