Method :

1. Prepare idli batter by mixing suji, curd, soda-bi-carb, chopped curry leaves, salt,water for adjusting the batter consistency.
Mix well & keep aside for 10 min.
2. Grease the MWS idli steamer & pour into the idli moulds as per the number to be prepared.
3. When cooking completes allow to stand for 3 minutes.
