At the end of the packer cylinder stroke, pressure builds

(Main Control Valve) to shift, diverting flow to the rod end of the carrier cylinders. The cylinders
retract, moving the carrier and packer panels down to the “interrupted cycle” position (trapped fluid
keeps the packer panel cylinders retracted). At the end of the carrier cylinder retraction stroke,
pressure builds to 2150
