MPORTANT

Secure each prop using the provided latch.

Using the T
AILGATE
lever (see Figure 2-4), completely close the tailgate.
The
TAILGATE OPEN
light indicator should turn off.

6.
Put the tailgate clamps back in place (see Figure 2-3). To do so:

Swivel back the clamp against the body.
6 b.
Tighten the clamp properly.
Setting the Tailgate Safety Props (for units equipped with the optional hydraulic tailgate locking
mechanism)
To set the tailgate safety props:
1.
Make sure that the body is empty.
