Install the disc spring washer and slotted nut.
Install wheel mounting base bracket F of the
special tool.

Tighten the slotted nut with a torque wrench.
Note:
Tightening torque
180 - 200 N-m
(1,835.46 - 2,039.40 kgf-cm)
(1,593.18 - 1,770.20 lb-in)
If the hole of the cotter pin does not fit even
after tightening the slotted nut by the above-
mentioned tightening torque, tighten it more
until it fits into the hole.
When the hole fits, install the cotter pin into
the slotted nut.

Adjust with the adjustment bolt until the pin
fits into the connections of the cam and
brake wire.
When the pin fits, connect the brake wire
and cam by using the pin, washer, and cotter
pin.
Adjust with the adjustment bolt until there is
no play between the cam and brake wire.
Follow the same steps to install the caliper
on the opposite side.

Install the front wheel.
Inspect whether the brake is activated
properly and then drive the machine.
