Note:
If the sound of the proximity relay is
hard to hear, it is easier to feel it by
touching the proximity relay by hand.
If the bed knife outer end position where
the relay/#4 proximity switch generates
a sound is higher than 400 mm (15.75
in) from the ground, loosen the bolt,
lower the proximity switch mounting
board right a little, and then tighten the
bolt.
Repeat steps [5] to [8] to adjust it to the
appropriate position.

Lower the mower unit.
Turn the key switch "OFF" and the reel
rotation switch "OFF," then remove the
sling.

Start the engine and raise all the mower
units.
Lower the mower unit #4 and make sure
that the reel starts rotating in a position
where the bed knife outer end is lower
than 400 mm (15.75 in) from the
ground.
If there are any abnormalities in the
mower unit #5, adjust it as well.
Traveling Pedal/Neutral Circuit
Note:
This is one part of the interlock system.
Adjust the magnet installed in the trunnion
part of the piston pump and the proximity
switch.
Warning
Be sure to stop the engine and apply the
parking brake before adjusting the proximity
switch.
Important
Make sure that the traveling pedal of the main
vehicle is set in the neutral condition, before
adjusting the proximity switch.
Find [Relay/pump neutral, brake] from the
6-polar relays at the bottom right of the
fuel tank, by referring to the relay
judgment table.
