Move the cam in the direction of the arrow,
and remove the pivot pin along the housing
hole.
Important
There are two pivot pin receivers inside the
housing.
The position varies between the brake
calipers CW and CCW, so check the position
before moving the pin.

Inspect the wear of the convex portion of the
cam.
If it is worn excessively, replace the cam.

Installation of Brake Caliper
For installing the brake caliper, reverse the
removing procedure.
Apply brake grease (dry lubricant) lightly to
the convex portions of the pivot pin and cam.

installation hole of cam with the hole of
housing and insert the pivot pin into the hole
