Slope correction sensor (90°, black)
The slope correction sensor measures the angle of the middle
frame. The signal of the slope correction sensor is used for the
position indicator in the main screen and the auto center position of
the slope correction (only for oil-circulation systems!)
The sensor is assembled in the middle frame of the boom.
Checking slope correction signal
In main screen 1 you can check the signal of the slope correction
sensor.
Step 1.
Fold out the boom and unlock the hydraulic locking.
Step 2.
Go to main screen 1 and use the hydraulic function “slope
correction”
Step 3.
When boom is moving check if the slope correction indicator line is
moving
Attention:
• When locking LED is burning the hydraulic function slope
correction is automatically blocked: nothing will happen if this
switch is used.
Attention:
• If problem not solved please check the wire connection on the
SHC PCB
• Please check calibration steps
• Please check SHC PCB check possibilities
When operate slope correction and
boom is moving signal must
change in main screen 1.
5 V
slope correction sensor
• No PCB visible at back side of sensor
• Part number visible on sticker
12 V
slope correction sensor
• PCB visible at back side of sensor
• Part number visible on sticker
The slope correction sensor is available in 2 voltages:
5 V and 12 V
Sprayers produced before 12-2016 has an 5 V sensor machines
produced after 12-2016 has an 12 V sensor.
