Special Alarm screens

On of the steering potentiometers is out of its theoretical range. This
means one of the potentiometers is broken. All automatic steering
actions are now blocked

Please notice after updating to FMC 1.14 or higher the STC software
must always be up-dated to 1.05. (if not you get this alarm all the time)
