Summary of Machining a Door
These instruction assume a valid
Job
has been created and has been stored in the Library. To learn
how to create a Door Job and more about the libraries see the
KvalCAM Manual
that is included in
this manual set.
Step 1: Start the Process
1.
Ensure factory air is present at the machine and the
MLX
main air supply valve is
turned on.
2.
Power up the
MLX
. See “How to Power Up the MLX” on page 2-16.
3.
Select the
KvalCAM
shortcut.
4.
Home the
MLX
. See “See “Description of the Light Tower” on
page 2-33.Home the MLX” on page 2-16.
Step 2: Create or Load a Door Job
1.
Select the
Libraries Tab
at the upper left side of the screen.
2.
Select the
Door Job Library Tab
at the upper left.
3.
From the table, double click the desired Job to open the
Door Job
screen.
4.
Enter the quantity of doors to be processed in the
Door Qty
box at the bottom of
the screen.
5.
Select the
Add to Queue
Button.
