Windows 2000

Click [Start]-[Settings]-[Printers] so that the [Printers] window appears. Right-click on the Printer icon

in the resulting window. A menu will appear, in which you can click on [Properties] or [Printing Prefer-

ences] to get access to the Properties window which looks like this:
