Changing contents of dial groups
The procedure for changing the settings of dial groups, i.e. remote stations and/or group
names, is described below.
1.
Press [ FAX ] to display the FAX Basic screen if it is not
already displayed.
2.
Select Telbook and press ENTRY .

Press Group entry/edit .

To add a remote station to a dial group
(1) Select the group to which you wish to add the remote station, using

, and
press No. SET .
In the remote station registration screen, the remote stations assigned to the dial
group are highlighted.
(2) Press the key representing the remote station you wish to add.
(3) Press ENTRY , and then press BACK .
You return to the group selection screen.

To delete a remote station from a dial group
(1) Select the group from which you wish to delete the remote station, using

or
▼
,
and press DELETE .
(2) Use
▲
or
▼
to select the remote station you wish to delete and press DELETE .
Highlighted display is cancelled.
(3) Press BACK .
You return to the Group entry/edit screen.
