Deleting documents from a Confidential box
Perform following procedure to delete documents from a Confidential box.
You can collectively delete documents from Confidential boxes in the Key Operator Mode. See
"Initializing the FAX Image Memory" (p. 10-29).
1.
Press [ FAX ] on the control panel to view the FAX Basic
screen, if it is not already displayed.
2.
Press [ APPLICATION ] on the control panel.
3.
Press File print .
4.
Press Confiden and then OK .
5.
Select the Confidential box No., which you want to delete,
using
▼
or
▲
. Then press DELETE .
To interrupt operation, press BACK .
