Simple FAX Transmission
The following provides an explanation of the procedure for simple FAX transmission with quick
memory transmission.
Although the explanation here covers the procedure for sending a one-sided document using
the basic procedure, various functions are available for each step of the procedure to make
sending facsimiles even more convenient. Refer to the sections from "Placing the Original on
the Machine" to "Selecting a Remote Station" for further details.
1.
Switch the mode.
Press [ FAX ] on the control panel to display the FAX Basic screen.

Set the function.
The original document setting in the FAX Basic screen is set as follows at the time of
purchase.

RADF .................................. One sided
•
Resolution ........................... Normal
•
Quality ................................. Text
•
Density ................................ Auto
