WARNING
• Immediately after the engine is stopped, its parts and oil are still very hot and may cause burn in-
jury. Wait for the temperature to go down, and then start the work.
• When removing the oil filler cap, the oil may spurt out. Turn it slowly to release the internal pres-
sure, then remove it carefully.
1.
Set the machine in the posture shown in the figure.
If the machine is not set as shown in the figure, set it ac-
cording to the following procedure.
1) Start the engine, and run it at low speed.
2) Retract the arm and bucket cylinder rods to the end.
3) Lower the boom and lower the bucket tooth to the
ground.
4) Stop the engine.
2.
Turn the staring switch to ON position within 15 seconds
after stopping the engine, and move each control lever (for
work equipment and travel) to the full stroke in all directions.
The internal pressure is released by this operation.
3.
Stop the engine.
4.
Open the door on the left side of the machine and check
the sight gauge (G).
When the oil level is between the lines H and L, it is appro-
priate.
If the oil level is below the level L, the hydraulic oil is insuf-
ficient. Perform the following procedure.
5.
Add oil through the oil filler port (F) until the oil level comes
between levels H and L of sight gauge (G).
