SWITCHING OVER FROM ALL-WHEEL STEERING TO
TWO-WHEEL STEERING
Press only button (1) and turn the steering wheel clockwise or
anticlockwise to align the rear wheels.
The misalignment of the wheels is signalled by the acoustic
alarm, which will stop as soon as the wheels are correctly
aligned.
The red led (B) will go out and the green led (A) will come on at
the same time. During the alignment phase the symbol (
)
will appear on the display (17) positioned on the front dashboard
and will go out as soon as the rear wheels are aligned.
At this point the speedometer “Km/h or MP/h” will appear on the
display (17).
IMPORTANT
☞
•
Changing over from all-wheel steering to 2-wheel steering
is possible with the machine either in operation or at rest,
provided that the speed does not exceed 13 km/h (8MP/h).
•
For travelling on roads, use only the two-wheel steering
mode.
CAUTION
•
If during travel with two-wheel steering the acoustic alarm
sounds, this means that the rear wheels are misaligned.
The misalignment of the rear wheels is signalled also on
the display (17), through the alternate presence of the
symbols (
and
). (see Fig. F).
Stop the machine immediately and turn the steering
wheel clockwise or anticlockwise until the rear wheels
are aligned, which is signalled by the coming on of the
green led (A) and by the interruption of the acoustic
alarm.
In this case the realignment of the rear axle can take place
even with the machine in operation, provided that the
speed does not exceed 13 km/h (8MP/h) and only after
aligning the front axle.
Before leaving, make sure that the wheel misalignment
symbols cannot be seen any longer on the display (17)
and that the speedometer (Km/h or MP/h) is visible again
