1) Siren Only

—— After the radio enters the emergency state, the siren only sounds locally and the control

center will not receive any alarm signal.

2) Normal

—— The radio sends emergency alarm and audio-video alert.

3) Secret

—— The radio sends emergency alarm but no audio-video alert. When the radio receives

speech signals, the speaker will not be turned on until the PTT button is pressed.

4) Secret with voice

—— The radio sends emergency alarm without audio-video alert. When the radio

receives speech signals, there will be no audio-video alert until the PTT button is pressed.

8.1 Sending Emergency Alarm

1) Press the Program key programmed as the Emergency Alarm key. The icon

will be displayed in the

status bar; the alias or ID of emergency group call and the outgoing call icon

are displayed.

2) When the radio receives response, the LCD will show “Emergency Alarm Succeeded”.
If the radio fails to receive response and when the retry count is used up, the LCD will show “Emergency
Alarm Failed”.
3) The radio exits the emergency mode and returns to the home screen.
