Basic Operation

TOS6200A/6210

4.10 Protection Fuction

In the following five cases, the tester activates an internal protection circuit and
enters protection status.

When it enters protection status, the PROTECTION LED indicator lights and the

test is halted. The LCD displays the cause of bringing the tester to protection status.
