TOS6200A/6210
GPIB and RS-232C
6-21
Response
Returns the lower reference value and ON/OFF status for the lower limit judgement
function in response to LOW?.
(Example) When the lower reference value is 0.5
and the lower limit judgement
is OFF
A value of
0.500,0
is returned.
“UP <= LOW” blinks on the LCD.
If a lower reference value more than the upper reference value is set when lower
limit judgment is ON, the “READY” indication in the upper right of the LCD
changes to blink “UP <= LOW,” informing you that testing cannot begin under the
current conditions. In this case, increase the upper reference value or reduce the
lower reference value.
VLOWER (VLOW)
Sets a sampled voltage value-based lower reference value and ON/OFF of the lower
limit judgment function or inquires about the ON/OFF status of the lower limit
judgment function.
When you perform resistance value-based judgment, use of this setting command
causes sampled voltage value-based judgment to be automatically selected.
